Cake Baking
You will learn how to bake a range of cakes; how to weigh and measure and convert between units; how to prepare and line baking tins; how to adapt recipes; how to select the correct cake for different occasions; how to roll a Swiss roll; and how to prepare your cakes for decorating.
Cake Decorating
Cake Decorating for Catering teaches you how to work with a client to agree a design; how to cost cakes for catering purposes; how to ensure that you create uniform finishes.
